History of the Gulf Coast Crusaders

What started as a vision in 2018 in Mobile, Alabama, has grown into one of the premier faith-based baseball programs on the Gulf Coast.

The Gulf Coast Crusaders played our very first travel ball tournament in 2019, turning that dream into reality. From the beginning, our mission has been clear to develop talented athletes, promote Christ, and compete at the highest level through faith, discipline, and hard work.

Over the years, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to compete on some of the biggest stages in the country, including historic Rickwood Field “America’s Oldest Ballpark.” Each game, tournament, and season has strengthened not only our players’ skills, but their character, leadership, and faith.

What began as a dream has become a family, a brotherhood, and a platform for young athletes to chase greatness both on and off the field all while staying grounded in faith, integrity, and purpose.

As we continue to grow, our vision remains the same: to build a program that honors God, develops the next generation of leaders, and leaves a lasting impact across the Gulf Coast and beyond.

The Gulf Coast Crusaders Baseball Organization is proud to be recognized as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to serving our community, empowering youth through sports, and providing opportunities that go far beyond the game.

At Gulf Coast Crusaders Baseball, our mission is to provide competitive baseball opportunities on the biggest stage giving our players the platform to showcase their talent against elite competition across the nation.

We are dedicated to helping every player reach the next level by putting in the work behind the scenes making phone calls, building relationships, and creating opportunities that open doors for success in college baseball and beyond.

Our mission goes beyond the game itself. We strive to promote faith, hard work, and fair opportunity in everything we do. These values are at the core of who we are and what we teach.

Every Crusader player is challenged to compete with passion, respect the game, and represent our organization with integrity because true success is built through faith, effort, and opportunity.

We are committed to developing elite level athletes who compete with integrity, discipline, and passion while representing our values of faith, hard work, and opportunity.

Our vision is to continue growing the Crusaders brand and expanding opportunities for youth athletes across the Gulf Coast. Through training, mentorship, and exposure, we strive to create a program that not only produces great baseball players but also helps shape strong young men of character and faith.

We believe that with consistent effort, teamwork, and dedication, the Gulf Coast Crusaders will continue to make an impact regionally, nationally, and spiritually.

Message from our Founder.

From the very beginning, the vision behind Gulf Coast Crusaders Baseball has been simple, to create a program that develops great players and great young men.

As founder and head coach, I’ve had the privilege of watching this organization grow from a single team into a family built on faith, hard work, and commitment. We take pride in representing the Gulf Coast with class and compete with purpose every time we step on the field.

Our mission goes beyond wins and losses, it’s about preparing athletes for the next level, teaching the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership, and giving them opportunities to be seen on the biggest stages in amateur baseball.

This summer, our players will compete in Perfect Game, PBR, and 2D Sports events. Some of the nation’s most competitive platforms for exposure and growth. Each game is a chance to showcase the hard work our athletes put in day after day and to continue building a tradition of excellence for the Crusaders name.
